Technology
The technologies will be distributed in the Creative Centre FabLab in the following workshops:
- Creative workshop for joining metal materials No.121. Available technological equipment: welding equipment for MIG and TIG welding, sandblasting equipment, washing equipment, tube bender, sheet metal bender, sheet metal shearing equipment, high-pressure water cleaner, milling and drilling machines, tool carts.
- Creative workshop with 3D printing and scanning technology No.122. Available technological equipment: 3D printer of metal models with a testing unit for testing the hardness of materials. 3D metal printing in argon protective atmosphere argon on powdered steel.
- Creative workshop with 3D printing and scanning technology no. 123. Available technological equipment: 3D printers FDM, CFR, optical 3D scanners with high resolution, 3D contact measuring device, multifunctional 3D handheld scanner with colour and texture resolution, sets for virtual reality display, UV printer, cutting plotter, graphics programs of Corel and Adobe Creative Suite group.
- Creative workshop for processing and printing materials (plastics, clay) no. 124. Available technological equipment: potter’s wheel and kiln, wire cutter and cutter for polystyrene and styrofoam, bending machine for plastic flat parts, equipment for welding, treatment, processing and processing of plastic parts, plastic film welder, thermal transfer vacuum press.
- Creative woodworking workshop for woodworking machines no. 115. Available technological equipment: automatic edge banding machine, formatting saw, 3-axis CNC woodworking centre, belt sander, bottom router, wood levelling and thicknessing router, wood lathe, ultrasonic wood gluing press for restorers, complete set of manual woodworking equipment, joiner’s planes and joiner’s clamps, automatic workshop extraction.
- Creative woodworking workshop for woodworking machines no. 116. Available technological equipment: woodworking sinkers and planers, vibratory and eccentric sander, planers, sanders, milling machines, files, circular saw, mitre saw with stand, wood burner, planers, drills, band file, workshop vices, carving clamps, set of cordless tools, power carving saw.
- Creative workshop for joining metal materials no. 404. Available technological equipment: CNC engraving machine based on CO2 laser, CNC laser cutter for metal cutting, CNC colour engraving machine based on fibre laser, CNC Router for precise and powerful milling, grinding and engraving, CNC lathe, electric lifting trolley, digital altimeter, workshop gauges and calipers, collaborative robotic arm, band saw for metal, flat metal grinder, workshop tables with vices and tool trolleys.
- Coworking space and meeting room no. 114. Available technological equipment: shared computers , networked colour printer, visualiser with 10x zoom, 64″ large presentation screen, video conferencing system, building block system for robotic modelling in teams LEGO Education system, high speed wifi internet connection.
